At GJC, there’s no initial registration fee; charges are only applied upon successful job placement. Our consultancy fees equate to 50% of the candidate’s total gross salary after their first month of employment. With our new policy, a 50% fee is expected upon receipt of the first salary. GJC may also operate a salary deduction directly from the company.
We require prompt and full payment; no discounts or installment plans are offered. Candidates must provide a minimum one-month notice before resigning. Statutory Notice Periods become applicable once a candidate has completed over a month of employment.
Employers have the authority to deduct charges directly from the candidate’s salary. GJC disclaims responsibility for any post-employment issues or sudden terminations following job placement.
