Registration is completely free. However, if you are successful in securing the job, a one-time registration fee of Rs. 499 will be required on your first day of employment. This fee is only applicable upon securing the job, ensuring you only pay if you get hired.Our consultancy fees equate to 50% of the candidate’s total gross salary after their first month of employment. With our new policy, a 50% fee is expected upon receipt of the first salary. GJC may also operate a salary deduction directly from the company.
We require prompt and full payment; no discounts or installment plans are offered. Candidates must provide a minimum one-month notice before resigning. Statutory Notice Periods become applicable once a candidate has completed over a month of employment.
Employers have the authority to deduct charges directly from the candidate’s salary. GJC disclaims responsibility for any post-employment issues or sudden terminations following job placement.
